Directions
From Massachusetts
Turnpike Eastbound:
- Take Exit 14 (I-95
& Rt. 128)
- Follow signs to
Route 30 in Weston
- Take a left onto
Route 30 Gateway Medical will be on the
left-hand side about 1 mile from 128,
just before the 3rd set of lights
From Massachusetts
Turnpike Westbound:
- Take Exit 15 (I-95
& Rt. 30)
- Follow signs to
Route 30 Weston
- Take a left onto
Route 30
- Gateway Medical is
100 yards on the left-hand side just
before the set of lights
From 128 North:
- Take Exit 23-24-25
(Sign will say Mass. Pike/Route 30)
- Stay to left - do
not enter the Mass. Pike entrance
- A few hundred feet
up ahead, Exit 24 (Route 30) will veer
to the right (if you stay straight, you
will be back on 128/95 North)
- At end of exit ramp
(at the lights), take a left onto Route
30
- Gateway Medical is
1/2 mile up the road on the left-hand
side
From 128 South:
- Take Exit 24
(Newton/Wayland Exit). Take a left onto
Route 30
- Gateway Medical is
about 1/2 mile up from 128 on left-hand
side

Driving
Directions
From I-95 (Route
128):
- Take Exit 16B,
Route 109 West
- Follow 6 miles
through Dedham, Westwood and Dover to
Medfield until you see a Shaw's
Supermarket on your left
- Drive past Shaw's
and the next small plaza with Donut
Express and Isabella's
- Just after the
small plaza, turn left into the parking
lot for Olde Medfield Square (266 Main
Street). If you pass Precision Tire, you
have gone too far
- Follow directions
below for inside the parking lot
From Route 27:
- Take Route 27 to
the intersection of Route 109
- Turn onto Route 109
heading EAST
- Follow for
approximately 1 mile until you see
Precision Tire on your right
- Immediately after
Precision Tire, take a right into Olde
Medfield Square (266 Main Street). If
you see Shaw's supermarket on your
right, you have gone too far
- Follow directions
below for inside the parking lot
Inside the parking
lot of Olde Medfield Square:
- Upon entering the
parking lot, take your first left and
follow the driveway around to the back
of the building until you cannot go any
further
- At the end of the
parking lot, you will see a door to the
middle building on your right
- As you go through
the door, we are the first office on the
right, Suite #18
